Bala Cynwyd Library Grand Re-Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Highlights of the day include a multimedia presentation by the Lower Merion Historical Society and the Woman's Club of Bala Cynwyd; the Lower Merion High School Jazz Band; Children's dancing by the UpBeat Dance Company; and clowns, David & Carol Soskis.
Festivities begin at 1 p.m. with remarks from Irene Marks, President, Bala Cynwyd Library Board of Trustees; Elizabeth S. Rogan, President, Lower Merion Board of Commissioners; and George T. Manos, Commissioner, Lower Merion Township.
